Racing Waiver and Indemnity Agreement

A waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement approved by the Baldwin yacht Club Board of Governors, must be agreed to and noted in your online BYC profile by all participating in a Baldwin Yacht Club-sponsored race.  This policy will apply to all boats belonging to or captained by Baldwin yacht Club prospective and/or regular members . Non-members crewing on a boat may complete the non-member waiver and hand to a member of the committee boat before the race starts.
